Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”)

Dear Sir/Madam,

In continuation to the disclosure made on 21[st] August 2024 in this regard, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESI), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India has directed the Company to pay Rs. 3,20,289/- being the Principal Employer of M/s Unicorn Manpower Agency. The said Agency was providing service to various companies and the accumulated default in payment of ESI contribution, interest and damages during the period May 2012 to December 2024 was calculated to Rs. 1,16,89,044. The Company paid Rs. 3,20,289/- and the notice has been cancelled.

The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P-CIR//2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure I .

The said Agency was working as a manpower supply contractor in the Company in the above referred period. The said contractor defaulted in payment of ESI contribution to Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Faridabad in respect of all such companies. The Recovery Officer of Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Faridabad served a notice against the Company, for payment of outstanding dues M/s Unicorn Manpower Agency, because DEE Development Engineers was the Principal Employer. The said Agency was defaulted in payment of ESI contribution, interest and damages during the period May 2012 to December 2024. The accumulated outstanding dues in respect of all such companies amounted to Rs. 1,16,89,044. The Company Official appeared before the recovery Officer and presented the case. The Recovery Officer calculated proportionate amount pertaining to supply of service to DEE Development Engineers Limited and directed to deposit Rs. 3,20,289/- will as the full and final settlement of the dues.
