Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Division-Faridabad, Palwal, Central Goods & Services Tax Commissionerate, Faridabad, Haryana, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India have, vide their letter dated 19.11.2024, issued Demand cum Show Cause notice of Rs. 5,45,740/- in connection with the discrepancy in cancellation of GST registration of vendors for Financial Year 202021.
The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P-CIR//2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure I .
