• Ref: Notice of closure of Trading Window dated 29[th] March 2024. Board Meeting Intimation dated 20[th] May 2024.

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, on 20[th] May 2024 we have given intimation for the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Tuesday, 28[th] May 2024 at the Registered office of the Company, to consider and approve, inter alia , the audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31[st] March 2024.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that in the said Board Meeting the Board will consider the proposal to recommend the Final Dividend FY 2023-24.

In continuation to our Notice for the closure of Trading Window dated 29[th] March 2024 the Trading Window is closed till 30[th] May 2024, i.e., till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st Mach 2023, and recommendation of the Final Dividend FY 2023-24.
