			Mr. Shonti Venkateswarlu has more than 40 years of
			experience, in various positions, including senior positions
			in Cement Industry.
			He joined Deccan Cements Limited in 1981 as a Trainee
			and climbed upto the position of Chief Manager
			(Production).
			In 2003, he joined Sagar Cements Limited as General
			Manager (PQC), and climbed up to the position of Chief
			General Manager.
Brief profile			From 2010 to 2012 he worked as Plant Head in a Cement
			Plant at Kaloleni, Mombasa, Kenya.
			In 2012, he again joined Deccan Cements Limited as Vice
			President (Works) and Plant Head, and elevated to the
			position of Senior Vice President (Works).
			In 2019, he was inducted into the Board of Deccan
			Cements Ltd as an Executive Director, with designation
			Director (Works). He is the functional head of the
			Company for the Operations, Projects, and General
			Administration, since then.
