2026 corporate events calendar approved
Milan, 22th January 2026 – The Board of Directors of Datrix S.p.A. ("Datrix" or the "Company"), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker: DATA.MI - ISIN IT0005468357) leading an international ecosystem of vertical artificial intelligence software companies, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, has approved today the calendar of corporate events for the year 2026, as set out below:

| 29th April 2026 | Shareholders' Meeting, on first call,for the approval of the statutoryfinancialstatements for theyear ended 31 December 2025 and presentation of theconsolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2025. |
| 30th April 2026 | Shareholders' Meeting, on secondcall,for the approval of the statutoryfinancial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and presentation ofthe consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2025. |
| 29th July 2026 | Board of Directors meetingto review certain consolidated economic andfinancial management data for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (unauditedconsolidated data). |
| 29th September 2026 | Board of Directors meetingto approve the consolidated half-yearly financialreport as of 30 June 2026, voluntarily subjected to limited auditby the externalauditing firm. |
