CALL NOTICE PUBLICATION AND FILING OF DOCUMENTATION FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Milan, 14 April 2026 – Datrix S.p.A. ("Datrix" or the "Company"), a company with shares listed on Euronext Growth Milan multilateral trading facility, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (ticker: DATA.MI) and leading the first international ecosystem of vertical Artificial Intelligence software companies, announces that the notice of call for the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company, convened on first call for 29 April 2026 at 2:00 p.m., and, if necessary, on second call for 30 April 2026 at 2:00 p.m., has been published on the Company's website at www.datrixgroup.com, on the "EMarket Storage" available at and, in extract form, in the daily newspaper "Italia Oggi".
The following documents are also available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's website at www.datrixgroup.com, as well as on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it): the annual financial report for the financial year 2025, which includes, among other things, the draft statutory financial statements as at 31 December 2025, the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2025, the Board of Directors' management report, as well as the reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Auditing Firm, the forms for granting proxies and sub-delegations to the designated representative, and the Board of Directors' explanatory report on the items on the agenda with the relevant annexes.
The Company reminds shareholders that participation in the meeting will take place exclusively through the designated representative Monte Titoli S.p.A., with registered office at Piazza Affari, no. 6, 20123, Milan.
