APPOINTS
GIANLUCA ROSSI AS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER: FURTHER STRENGTHENING FINANCIAL LEADERSHIP TO SUPPORT THE GROUP'S GROWTH AND INNOVATION
Milan, May 20th, 2025 – DATRIX S.P.A., ("Datrix" or the "Company"), listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ISIN code IT00054683), and leading the first international AI-powered ecosystem of vertical B2B software companies, announces the appointment of GIANLUCA ROSSI as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
With over twenty years of experience in the financial and managerial sector, Rossi has held top-level positions in prominent national and international companies, gaining deep expertise in M&A operations, financial governance, and strategic management. His career spans corporate finance and technological innovation, contributing to the growth of listed companies and highly digitalized groups.
Prior to joining Datrix, he served as CFO at Relatech S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, where he led significant acquisition and corporate integration deals in the ICT, cybersecurity, and cloud sectors. Gianluca Rossi takes over from Giuseppe Venezia, who, in addition to his role as Executive Director of Datrix S.p.A., will now lead Corporate Development, with a special focus on M&A activities. This appointment underlines Datrix Group's strong commitment to expanding its ecosystem of controlled companies, targeting B2B software firms capable of delivering applied AI solutions developed in synergy with the Datrix Group.
