Company announcement no. 11/2022 Inside information: Registration of increased stock capital by issuing 126,771 new shares completed.
With reference to company announcement no. 37 of 1st of September 2021 regarding the warrant program for employees of Dataproces Group A/S, the capital increase of 126,771 new shares with a nominal value of DKK 0.02 have been registered with the Danish Business Authority. The tender has been completed.
Dataproces' company capital then amounts to a nominal DKK 613,878.46 divided into 30,693,923 shares at a nominal DKK 0.02 per share.
