In accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, Dataproces Group A/S has received the following notification regarding the transactions of senior executives and/or their close associates.

Kim Jakobsen, who is a member of the Board of Directors of Dataproces Group A/S, has on 20 November 2025 purchased 7,240 shares in Dataproces Group A/S, at an average price of 5.52 corresponding to DKK 40,000.00 in total.
