The expansion of our MARS platform is moving faster than expected

Company announcement no. 12 - update on the strategic focus. Dataproces announces that the expansion and further development of MARS is moving faster than expected. The new modules and areas are expected to be ready before summer.

The expansion of our MARS platform is moving faster than expected.

• Expansion and further development of the MARS platform is moving faster than expected.
• 5 new modules in 3 new areas are operational before summer.
• The MARS platform is expanded from 1 area and 6 modules, to 4 areas and 11 modules.

At the IPO in the autumn of 2020, the MARS platform consisted of 6 modules in the area of inter-municipal reimbursement, which have been core services in Dataproces' consulting with data analysis in the years leading up to the launch of MARS. Dataproces has a large number of consulting services on analysis, which we plan to convert to software modules in MARS so the municipalities can continuously experience a correct payment and a more correct data foundation.

We are experiencing great interest in MARS – including additional modules. These modules give the municipalities the right tools to ensure correct payment in a large number of areas. During the COVID-19 shutdown, we have chosen to focus more intense on the development of the most in-demand modules due to a number of consulting projects are being postponed.

Dataproces can therefore go to market with an even stronger and broader SaaS platform. In addition to the inter-municipal area, the areas of municipal equalization, state reimbursement and VAT will be added to MARS. Under these 3 areas, there will be launched 5 new modules, where the last one is expected to be operational on the customer side before summer.

All the new areas and modules reflect and are in line with Dataproces' strategy for growth in the SaaS business, as well as the vision for MARS. The mission is to provide the municipalities with tools for easier workflows through utilization of the technologies, that Dataproces has developed through many years of intensive work with data analysis projects in collaboration with the Danish municipalities. The new modules support the maintenance of the municipal data foundation, create correct financial payment and reporting and optimize time consumption in the workflow.
