Dataproces Group A/S presents Half-year Financial Report - H1 2022/23

Company announcement no. 14/2022 (inside information): Dataproces Group A/S presents half-year financial report 2022/23

The North Jutlandic company Dataproces realizes DKK 8.1 million in revenue for the first half of 2022, which is on a par with the first half of last year (DKK 8.3 million). Dataproces has delivered a growth of 67% in ARR.

In Dataproces' first half of 2022/23, we have developed both the customer base and the products. We have delivered and implemented solid software solutions and data analyzes for municipalities. We have both expanded our activities with existing customers and acquired new customers during the period. Our SaaS solutions are currently used by 50% of the Danish municipalities.

We have:

• YoY ARR growth of 67%.
• 22 municipalities on MARS and 1 further after the balance sheet date.
• 41 municipalities on MARC Fleksløn and further 2 after the balance sheet date.
• 10 municipalities on Min Sag.
• Growth in ARR in the first half of the financial year 16%

Dataproces' CEO Kjartan Jensen says:

We find that the changed market situation has generally lengthened the purchasing decisions of customers, but that the market relevance of Dataproces' products continues to increase, as there is an increased focus on savings through digitization, which is also reflected in the pipeline, which has been strengthened during the period.

I can also state that our starting point from the first half of the year is strong, as we have already secured agreements, with the total accumulated revenue of DKK 17 million. in the financial year 2022/23. I therefore maintain the expectations for the year, as guided in company announcement no. 13/2022.

• The expectations for 2022/23.
• ARR growth up to 40-50% compared to 2021/22.
• Revenue growth up to 20% on SaaS compared to 2021/22.
• Data analyzes at the level of 2021/22.
• Revenue minimum as 2021/22 (DKK 21.4 million) with possible upside of DKK 3-4 million.
• EBITDA of DKK (-2,5) to +1,5 million.
