Dataproces Group A/S presents Half-year Financial Report - H1 2021/22

Company announcement no. 46: Dataproces Group A/S presents half-year financial report and maintains expectations for the financial year 2021/22. Dataproces presents 205% increase in the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) compared to half-year 2020/21 and a 47% increase in this H1 2021/22 (68% year to date).

The North Jutlandic company Dataproces realizes DKK 8.3 million in revenue for the first half of 2021, which is on a par with the first half of last year (DKK 8.1 million). EBITDA lands DKK 0.7 million lower in the first half of the year, compared to previous year.

In Dataproces' first half of 2021/22, we have developed both the customer base and the products. We have delivered and implemented solid software solutions and data analyzes for municipalities that cover 60% of the Danish population - and made a difference for our customers.

We have:

• YoY ARR growth of 205%.
• 13 municipalities on MARS and a further 3 after the balance sheet date.
• 22 municipalities on MARC Fleksløn and a further 3 after the balance sheet date.
• 6 municipalities on Min Sag, as well as a further 2 after the balance sheet date.
• Growth in ARR in the first half of the financial year 47%
• Now, year to date, ARR growth is 68%.

Dataproces' CEO Kjartan Jensen says:

On top of a difficult starting point for the year, we deliver a revenue result on a par with our expectations. At the same time, I can conclude that our strategic focus on growth via SaaS is tremendous, and that our sales have gained strong momentum from customers. We deliver ARR growth of 47% for the interim, but have since 31st of October put well on top, and now have 68% growth year to date!

I can furthermore state that our sales from the first half of the year are strong, as we have already secured agreements for DKK 22 million, with an accounting impact on revenue of DKK 18 million in the financial year 2021/22. I therefore maintain the expectations for the year, as guided in company announcement no. 17 from 4th of May 2021.

• Revenue growth up to 100% on SaaS compared to 2020/21.
• ARR growth up to 100% compared to 2020/21.
• Revenue growth on data analyzes up to 80% compared to 2020/21.
• EBITDA of DKK 2-7 million.
