Guidance for the financial year 2023/24

Company announcement no. 5/2023 - inside information: Dataproces presents guidance for the financial year 2023/24.

The Board of Directors has approved the budget for 2023/24, which contains growth targets in accordance with the Company's strategy. In connection with the Board of Directors' approval of the budget, the Company has provided guidance for 2023/24.

Guidance for the financial year 2023/24:

• ARR growth of 25-35% compared to 2023/24
• Revenue of DKK 23-26 million.
• EBITDA in the range of -1 DKK million and +3 DKK million

Dataproces is a software and consulting house, which consists of two business lines; SaaS solutions and Data Analysis.

The strategic focus on SaaS solutions remains strong. Based on the pipeline and customer satisfaction, we estimate that 2023/24 will be a good year, with more customers using more of our SaaS solutions. Thus, we expect to be able to realize a growth in both revenue and in ARR.

When an agreement on Data Analysis is entered into with a municipality, there will be a delay from the agreement to the realization of the revenue. The data analysis business has started the financial year 2023/24 in a very good way, which makes us look forward to growth in the financial year 2023/24.

CEO Michael Binderup states: "For the financial year 2023/24, I expect continued growth, with a focus on the sale of additional SaaS solutions. At the same time, the recent sales development of data analysis indicates that we are back on track and can expect solid growth in revenue."
