Data[#] 3 FY2013 profit forecast
FY2013 projected NPAT in the range of $11.0M to $12.5M Dividend expected to remain consistent with prior period
BRISBANE, Monday 17 June 2013 : Australian Information and Communications Technology leader Data[#] 3 Limited (ASX: DTL) has announced that it expects to report a net profit after tax (NPAT) for the 2013 financial year in the range of $11.0 to $12.5 million, compared to $13.679 million for the 2012 financial year.
In what is traditionally the busiest period of the year, this current projection is subject to a number of factors including opportunities yet to be finalised, supplier delivery schedules and incentives, and year-end audit adjustments.
Subject to the final result to be announced on 23 August 2013, it is the board’s intention to maintain the quantum of the dividend in line with the previous period. This reflects the business’s continuing strong cash flows and no net debt.
A further update will be provided to shareholders if there is a material change to this forecast.
