ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
JAMES FIELDING GROUP LEASING SUCCESS AT 107 MOUNT STREET
James Fielding Group (JFG) today announced it had executed leases with GfK Australia Pty Limited over levels 8 and 9 and Data #3 Limited over level 2 and part level 1 at its property at 107 Mount Street, North Sydney.
These two organisations join the existing prestige tenants, including OOCL (Australia) Pty Limited, Ssangyong Australia Pty Limited, L'Occitane Australia Pty Limited, Swiftel Communications Pty Limited, Concord Communications (Asia Pacific) Pty Limited, Australian Egg Corporation Limited and Interwoven Australia Pty Limited who have decided to relocate to the refurbished building. Interwoven has also joined the North Sydney skyline by taking signage rights to the building.
The signing of the latest two tenants increases the occupancy to over 75%. The deals combined will return approximately \$660,000 per annum to JFG.
Ben Hindmarsh, representing JFG said, "These deals reflect what has proven to be an improved North Sydney market in terms of levels of enquiry and the willingness of tenants to enter into new leases.
A greater level of diversity in terms of tenant business types is also evidenced by the businesses deciding to relocate to North Sydney and in particular 107 Mount Street.
This trend will only serve to strengthen both the building and the North Sydney market in general and help to insulate it from anomalies such as was seen with the "tech wreck" and associated weakening of the advertising and marketing sector."
