Non-executive director Glen Boreham steps down from the Data[#] 3 board

BRISBANE, Wednesday 30 September 2015 : Australian business technology solutions leader Data[#] 3 Limited (ASX: DTL) announced the resignation of non-executive director Mr Glen Boreham from the Data[#] 3 Limited board, effective on 30 September 2015.

Chairman Richard Anderson thanked Glen Boreham for his significant contribution to the board since his appointment in 2011. “Glen’s very considerable IT services experience has been invaluable and has helped Data[#] 3 make significant progress with its strategy of transitioning from a primarily product centric business to an increasingly service centric business. Glen has been a great asset to the board and we wish him all the best with his other engagements. We are currently in the process of identifying a suitable new director to join the board as part of a broader succession plan, and expect to announce an appointment in the coming months,” Mr Anderson said.

Commenting on his decision, Mr Boreham said: “It has been my pleasure to assist Data[#] 3 with its strategic transition over the past four years, and to work with a dedicated and talented team of people. I think now is the appropriate time to step down from the Data[#] 3 board to allow me more time to focus on my other board appointments and commitments,” he said.
