Data#3 Appoints Stephan Pucek as NSW Services Manager

NSW Services Manager to drive services growth at Data#3

SYDNEY - 5 March 2003 - Data^#3 Limited (ASX: DTL), an Australian IT solutions company, has announced the appointment of Stephan Pucek to the role of NSW State Services Manager for Technology Solutions.

Mr. Pucek brings more than ten years of management experience to the role and will be responsible for managing the operations for Technology Solutions in NSW, including consulting and managed services. Mr. Pucek will be working with business partners including Microsoft, Cisco, Hewlett Packard, IBM and Citrix, and will have an active involvement in the group's sales opportunities and customer service delivery.

Mr. Pucek said, "As NSW State Services Manager, my immediate goal is to strengthen Data^#3's vendor relationships, and continue to build Data^#3's strong services business."

Mr. Pucek joins Data#3 from his position as Systems Integration Director at Compag (prior to its acquisition by Hewlett Packard) where he was responsible for a team of more than 400 staff. Previous to this Mr. Pucek spent two years as General Manager for Communications Products at SCITEC Limited, where he was responsible for internal sales and marketing, research and development, manufacturing, technical support and logistics. One of Mr. Pucek's career highlights is winning and managing a \$16 million voice and data communications project in the Middle East while at SCITEC.
