Data ^$\pi$ 3 (ASX: DTL) today announced that Mr Max White would be leaving the company on 31^st October 2003. Mr White was a founding shareholder and director, and has served in various capacities over the last 19 years. When the company was listed in 1997 he served as a member of the Board initially, and since 2000 has headed the company's Application Solutions group.

"He leaves on amicable terms and with our best wishes to pursue his own interests in the IT industry," said Mr Grant, Data^#3's Chief Executive Officer. "There comes a time in everyone's career when we all consider doing some things in our life differently."

Mr White said "I have had a rewarding career at Data"3 with a lot of excellent people which I will miss. But change is part and parcel of our industry, and Data"3 and I have agreed that we wanted to move in slightly different ways. These things happen."
