Data[#] 3 Limited - Change of Auditor
BRISBANE, 30 October 2024 : In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, Data[#] 3 Limited (ASX: DTL) ( Data[#] 3 or Company ) advises that PriceWaterhouseCoopers ABN 52 780 433 757 ( PwC ) has been appointed as the Company’s external auditor with effect from the close of Data[#] 3’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) held today, 30 October 2024, following the approval of the appointment by the Company’s shareholders at the AGM in accordance with section 327B(1)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).
The Board selected PwC to be appointed as the Company's new auditor after a competitive tender process and on the recommendation of the Audit and Risk Committee. The appointment follows the resignation of Pitcher Partners (ABN 84 797 724 539) with prior written consent received from ASIC in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act.
The Board acknowledges and thanks Pitcher Partners for its high standard of service provided over the years.
