A safe virtual 2020 AGM for Data[#] 3 shareholders

Dear Shareholder,

Data[#] 3 Limited (Data[#] 3) is committed to the delivery of efficient, sustainable, and secure shareholder communications, and to ensuring the safety of our shareholders, employees and the broader community. Data[#] 3 is adapting to new ways of doing things to continue to deliver on these commitments during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM)

In light of the restrictions on public gatherings and in line with temporary amendments to the Corporations Act in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s AGM will be conducted as a virtual meeting on Thursday 12 November 2020 at 10:30am (Brisbane time) .

You can participate in the AGM regardless of your location by logging on to the online platform provided by our share registry, Link Market Services. Our virtual AGM will provide you with similar opportunities online as you would have attending an AGM in person – you will be able to view and listen to the presentations, as well as submit questions and vote during the meeting.

Further information and guidance on how to join this year’s virtual AGM will be made available with the Notice of Meeting.

Notice of Meeting

We will be providing the Notice of Meeting electronically this year, via our AGM website. The Notice of Meeting will be released online and emailed to shareholders on Monday 12 October 2020. We will not be mailing hard copies by post. This approach is consistent with the relief provided by the Commonwealth Treasurer in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

ask a question. From Monday 12 October 2020, you will be able to download the Notice of Meeting and related information and guidance from our AGM website.

Shareholder emails

Receiving your communications by email is the best way to stay informed and keep in touch about your shareholding, so I encourage you to take this opportunity to switch to paperless communications if you have not already done so.

If you become an electronic shareholder before Monday 5 October 2020 we will be able to send you an email as soon as the Notice of Meeting and Annual Report are available online.
