Sub: Clarification note to stock exchanges

In connection with the declaration of the Q3 results of the Company, we wish to state and clarify as follows:

• The Board of Directors of the Company met today at 10.00 am to inter alia consider the results for the quarter ended 31 December 2022.

• The financials were approved based on the recommendations of the audit committee and the meeting ended at 2.30 pm

• Inadvertently and due to a technical glitch, the draft unapproved press release that comprised some financial performance metrics got temporarily uploaded at 12.04 p.m. on our company website and the same was pulled down at 2.20 p.m.

• The announcement by the Company by means of disclosures under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 was made at 2.59 pm on BSE and at 2.52 on NSE

• We regret the error
