Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015
This is to inform that Cyient Limited (Cyient) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% stake in Tao Digital Solutions Inc., a company incorporated in USA, subject to customary closing conditions.
Following are the particulars of the transaction, as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015:
