Further to our notification dated 22 January 2019 regarding the signing of definitive agreement for acquiring the remaining 26% stake in Cyient DLM Private Limited, we would like to inform that the transaction was consummated today. Post to this acquisition, Cyient OLM Private Limited has now become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
