CITEC Acquisition CONFERENCE CALL
Announcement of Citec Acquisition
Hyderabad (India), April 25, 2022: Cyient, a leading global Technology Solutions company, today announced that it has signed definitive agreements to acquire Citec, an international Plant and Product engineering services company serving customers across the energy, process, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries. This will be the largest outbound acquisition by an Indian engineering services company and Cyient’s largest acquisition to date. The acquisition transactions will be completed during the quarter.
The senior management team, comprised of Krishna Bodanapu - Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Ajay Aggarwal – Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer and Karthik Natarajan – Executive Director & COO will conduct conference call to discuss the details around the acquisition. The earnings call is scheduled at 4:00 PM IST (06:30 AM New York, 11:30 AM London and 06:30 PM Hong Kong and Singapore time) for 60 minutes.
