Subject: Notification ofa transaction on financial instruments issued by Cyfrowy Polsat S.A.under article 19 of the MAR Regulation
The Management Board ofCyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that on 23 December2021 the Company, as a person closely associated with a persondischarging managerial responsibilities at the Company, notified of atransaction on financial instruments issued by the Company pursuant toArticle 19 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014 on market abuse (marketabuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC,2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (the "MAR Regulation").
Moreover, on 23 December2021 the Company received a notification pursuant to Article 19 section1 of MAR of a transaction on financial instruments issued by the Companyfrom Embud 2 Sp. z o.o. S.K.A., a person closely associated with aperson discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company.
