Subject:Correction of current report no10/2021 dated May 28, 2021 regarding the information on convening theAnnual General Meeting of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A on June 24, 2021 and thecontent of draft resolutions for the Annal General Meeting of CyfrowyPolsat S.A.The ManagementBoard of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the "Company") hereby publishes acorrection of current report no. 10/2021 dated May 28, 2021 regardingthe convening of the Annual General Meeting of the Company for June 24,2021 at 11:00 a.m.Thecorrection of the report consists in supplementing the list ofattachments to current report no. 10/2021 by adding two documents, i.e.the Report on the activities of the Supervisory Board for 2020 and theReport on remuneration of the Management Board and Supervisory Boardmembers of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. in the years 2019-2020, in line with therecommendation of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, receivedby the Company on June 2, 2021.Concurrently,the Management Board of the Company informs that both of theabovementioned documents have been published, in line with the Company'shitherto practice, on the Company's website on May 28, 2021, that is onthe day of publication of current report no. 10/2021, as indicated inthe Notice on convening the Annual General Meeting, as well as incurrent report no. 10/2021.Thesupplemented list of attachments to current report no. 10/2021:-the Notice on convening the Annual General Meeting for June 24, 2021,prepared pursuant to Article 402(2) of the Code of Commercial Companies(annex no. 1);- draftresolutions to be adopted at the Annual General Meeting convened forJune 24, 2021 (annex no. 2);-Report on the activities of the Supervisory Board for 2020 (annex no. 3);-Report on remuneration of the Management Board and Supervisory Boardmembers of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. in the years 2019-2020 (annex no. 4).Legalbasis:Article 56 Section 1 Clause 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 onpublic offering and the conditions of introducing financial instrumentsto an organized system of trading and on public companies in connectionwith Article 19 Section 1 Clauses 1 and 2 and Article 19 Section 2 ofthe Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on currentand periodic information published by the issuers of securities and theconditions of recognizing as equal the information required by the lawsof non-member states.
