CHANGE TO BONUS SHARE ISSUE DATE

CTI Logistics Limited wishes to advise that the record date for the one for five bonus share issue will now be 5 December 2008 instead of 1 December 2008. As a result the date of entering securities into uncertificated holdings or despatch of certificates will now be 19 December 2008.

An amended Appendix 3B is lodged with this letter.
