Dear Shareholder

The Company has released its results for the six months to 31 December 2012.

Profit before tax for the period was \$8,926,572, up 61.43% on the previous corresponding period, on revenue of \$62,927,287, which was up by 38.75%. Profit after tax was \$6,147,367, up 57.4%. Net cash inflows from operating activities were down 0.02% due primarily to the increased working capital required to support expansion in the logistics segment.

The directors have declared a fully franked dividend of 3.5 cents per share, up 16.67% on the same period last year. The Dividend Reinvestment Plan and Bonus Share Plan have been re-activated, commencing with this dividend, giving all shareholders the option of electing to receive some or all of their dividends in the form of shares rather than cash.
