CTI Logistics Limited expands further at Hazelmere
CTI Logistics Limited ("the Company") yesterday finalised the purchase of two properties adjoining the existing warehousing and distribution centre at Hazelmere.
The two properties, which have recently been re-zoned industrial, comprise 67,000 square metres of land, increasing the CTI Hazelmere complex to a total of 154,000 square metres of land. From a logistics standpoint, the properties are close to and accessible to the Tonkin, Roe and Kwinana Freeways which give excellent access to the Perth metropolitan area, the Fremantle wharf and the southwest of the State, plus they are at the start of the Great Eastern and Great Northern Highways.
The purchase has been funded from a combination of working capital and expanded bank facilities.
The Company has received planning approval for its next stage of warehouse development and building is planned to commence early in the new year.
