CTI LOGISTICS LIMITED – CAPITAL RAISING:
CTI Logistics Limited is pleased to announce the completion of a $5,671,767 capital raising by the placement of 3,065,820 shares at an issue price of $1.85 cents per share to institutional investors.
The funds raised will be used to help fund equipment for new projects in both contract fleet management and warehousing.
