CTI LOGISTICS LIMITED - CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
CTI Logistics Limited (the Company) (ASX: CLX) advises that Mr Owen Venter has been appointed Company Secretary of the Company effective immediately. Mr Venter replaces Mr David Mellor who has retired from the role of Company Secretary. Mr Mellor will continue to hold the role of Executive Director of the Company.
Mr Venter has been with the Company for over two years and prior to that he was a Senior Manager at KPMG.
