2022 Annual General Meeting Date
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, CTI Logistics Limited (ASX: CLX) advises that its 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 5:00pm (WST) on Wednesday, 23 November 2022.
Further details regarding the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to shareholders and the ASX in October 2022.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 4 October 2022.
