Following the exercise of 1,950,000 options by the Chairman and CEO of the Company and the issue of the underlying securities on the 6[th] September 2021 (refer to ASX announcements of that date), the substantial holding of Andrew Kroger (non-executive director) and associates has been diluted.

A change in substantial holder notice follows. We note that there has been no change in the shares held by Andrew Kroger and associates.
