MARKET RELEASE (ASX: CTE) Confirmation of record date for capital return

16 February 2024 - Cryosite Ltd ( Cryosite ) confirms that, following the passing of the resolution to approve the capital return yesterday, 15 February 2024, the following dates for the capital return as previously disclosed in the Appendix 3A.4 released to ASX on 5 January 2024 remain unchanged:

• Effective date for the return of capital – 19 February 2024.

• Last day for trading in 'cum return of capital' securities – 20 February 2024.

• Trading in CTE shares on an 'ex return of capital' basis commences – 21 February 2024.

• Record date for the return of capital – last day for CTE to register transfers on a pre-return of capital basis – 7.00pm (Sydney time) on 22 February 2024.

• Payment date for the return of capital – 29 February 2024.
