MARKET RELEASE (ASX: CTE) Board Changes

22 February 2024 - Cryosite Ltd ( Cryosite or Company ) announces the appointment of Mr Andrew Kerr as a Director of the Company. Mr John Hogg will step down as Managing Director and continue in his current executive position as CEO of Cryosite.

Andrew is an experienced financial services professional in both the Australian and international markets. Andrew is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) course. Through his roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Macquarie Bank, Andrew has obtained strong sustainability and ESG credentials which will greatly complement the Board.
