Cryosite Limited ACN 090 919 476 (ASX: CTE) ( Cryosite or Company ) announces that Andrew Kroger has retired from the board of directors ( Board ) effective from the date of this announcement.
On Mr Kroger’s retirement, Chair Mark Kerr said, “Andrew’s commitment, involvement, and support of the Company over the last 20 years have been nothing short of outstanding. Andrew retires from the Board, with Cryosite in its strongest trading position since listing and substantial room for further growth. On behalf of the Board, we wish Andrew the best in his future endeavours.”
Mr Kroger has indicated that he will remain a substantial shareholder of the Company.
The Company also advises that its full year audited accounts are expected to be available to shareholders in the fourth week of August 2024.
