Cryosite appoints new Joint Company Secretaries

Cryosite Limited (ACN 090 919 476) (ASX: CTE) ( Cryosite or Company ) is pleased to announce that Hamish George and Michael Austin of Bio101 Financial Advisory Pty Ltd ( Bio101 ) have been appointed Joint Company Secretaries of the Company.

The appointment follows the resignation of Mr Dray Andrea as Company Secretary, effective 20 September 2024. The Board would like to thank Mr Andrea for his service in the role of Company Secretary.

Mr Austin is responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters under ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
