Resignation of Director

Cryosite Limited ( ASX: CTE ) ( Company ) announces the resignation of Bryan Dulhunty as Non‐ Executive Director, effective as of the close of business on 28 February 2023.

The Board of Directors thanks Bryan for his outstanding contribution to the Company since the Company’s IPO in 2002 and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
