Resignation and Appointment of Company Secretary
Cryosite Limited (ASX:CTE) advises that Bryan Dulhunty will be stepping down from this role of Company Secretary effective 11 January 2022. Bryan has held the position of Company Secretary since the Company’s IPO in 2002 and the Board wishes to thank him for the long-term Company Secretarial assistance he has provided. Bryan will continue in his role as Chairman.
Following Bryan’s resignation, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Bradley as Company Secretary effective 11 January 2022. Kim is a member of the Company Matters Pty Ltd team (part of Link Group, including Link Market Services share registry).
Kim will also be the primary person responsible for communications with the ASX pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
