Change of Chairman
Cryosite Limited (ASX:CTE) advises that Bryan Dulhunty will step down from his position of Chairman to a role of Non-Executive Director effective 10[th] March 2022. Mr. Steven Waller will assume the role of Chairman.
The Board would like to thank Bryan for his contribution during his time as Chairman. Bryan took on the role in March 2018 with a brief to return the Company to profit and cash generation.
As set out in the Half year report as Cryosite is now returned to profit and strong cash generation Bryan has decided it is time to step down from his role as Chairman.
The Board is pleased that Mr. Steven Waller has agreed to step into the role of Chairman. With a background of general management, marketing and sales in international and local pharmaceutical companies, Steven has a skill set to lead and expand the growth trajectory of Cryosite. Steven was appointed a Non-Executive Director in November 2021.
