Appointment of Non-executive Director

Cryosite Ltd (CTE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Steven Waller B.Pharm (Sydney), M.B.A. (Macq), G.A.I.C.D as a Non-executive Director as of 19th November 2021.

Mr. Waller brings extensive pharmaceutical knowledge, combined with large international pharmaceutical company experience and networks to the Company as Cryosite continues to grow its position within the clinical trials logistics sector as well as its focused growth on areas outside its traditional clinical trials markets.

As previously disclosed, Cryosite is expanding its marketing offering from its traditional clinical trial logistics market to goods listed on the Register of Therapeutic Goods. The Company is focused on attracting low volume, high value, temperature controlled, highly regulated drugs. This area of the market represents a much larger market than clinical trial logistics and has the same high barriers to entry as does the clinical trial logistics business, due to the specialized government licenses required to operate in this area and specialized infrastructure requirements. This expanded market becomes a natural area for the Company to operate in.

Mr. Waller’s skill set compliments CTE’s traditional clinical trials logistics business as well as the focused area of growth. Mr. Waller has extensive experience in senior roles in large pharmaceutical companies, both in Australia and internationally. In Australia Mr. Waller has held senior management roles at Aspen Pharmacare Australia Pty Limited, and Sigma Healthcare Limited. Between 1996 and 2008 Mr. Waller held several international roles in sales, marketing and general management with Johnson and Johnson.

Mr. Waller was also a director of the NSW Branch of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia Director from 2014-2016. Mr. Waller currently runs his own consulting business which has provided services to the pharmaceutical industry and the broader health care industry in Australia, including government agencies.
