CEO resignation
Cryosite Ltd announces the CEO, Mr Andrew Shine has tendered his resignation.
The Board of Cryosite Ltd and Mr Andrew Shine have agreed he will work through his three month notice period. During this time, Mr Shine will support the business and work with the Board to ensure a smooth transition to a new CEO.
The Board will commence a search immediately for a new CEO and will consider both internal and external candidates.
