Subject: Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andrew Shine as Chief Executive Officer for Cyrosite Ltd. Andrew will commence at Cryosite on Tuesday 14th June 2016. Andrew will report to the Board and will be accountable for the strategic planning, business development, company operations and financial results of our company. Andrew joins us with a stellar portfolio of health services experience having worked with Monash IVF, Icon Cancer Care, Virtus Health all in Australia and Trinity Biotech in the UK. Andrew is trained as a scientist and has additional business qualifications in Marketing.

Andrews remuneration package consists of a total package (including superannuation) of $220,000. At the Boards discretion, Andrew will be eligible for short term and long term incentives.

The Board also wishes to thank Graeme Moore for his efforts for taking on the additional role as interim CEO since September 2015. Graeme’s role will now revert to his previous position as Executive Director – Operations.
