Subject: Appointment of CEO

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Saad as CEO. Joseph will commence his role on 27[th] January 2015.

Joseph has had extensive experience in the Health Sciences area, having spent over 2 decades in the field. Joseph has held roles as Regional Managing Director of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare (Australia and New Zealand 2000 – 2006) and more recently as Managing Director Australasia Weight Watchers International (2006-2014). Joseph has an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology.

The Board anticipates that the company will benefit significantly from the sales, marketing and business development skills that Joseph will bring, providing a valuable complement to the company’s existing strengths in operations, quality and innovation.

Joseph’s remuneration package will include a base package of $250,000 plus short term and long term incentives. The structure of his short term and long term incentive is expected to be finalised in the next few weeks and the market will be advised of these incentive payments and other material components of the contract as soon as available.

The Board also wishes to thank Graeme Moore for his efforts since his appointment as Acting CEO on the 7[th] April 2014. The Company has undergone continuing development under Graeme’s direction that has left the Company in a stronger commercial position. Graeme’s role will now revert to his previous position as Executive Director – Operations.
