Subject: Management Changes
Cryosite (ASX: CTE): The Company wishes to advise that the Company’s CEO Joseph Saad has tendered his resignation from the Company for personal reasons. In consultation with the Company it has been agreed that this resignation will be effective immediately and Executive Director Graeme Moore will take on the role of Interim CEO. The board plans to undertake a search for a permanent CEO.
The Company wishes to thank Joseph for his contributions to the Company in particular the work done in relation to cord and tissue banking.
