Subject: Appointment and Resignation of director

Cryosite is pleased to announce that Mr Stephen Roberts has been appointed a director of Cryosite effective 8[th] December 2015.

Stephen has over 25 years management and consulting experience in highly successful international companies. Stephen is currently a director of The Cancer Council of Australia, Social Ventures Australia Capital Fund and a number of public unlisted companies. Stephens past roles include Senior Partner Mercer Investments Asia Pacific, Managing Director Russell Investments Australasia and Senior Vice President BT funds Management

Stephen has an Executive MBA and a Graduate Management qualification from INSEAD, Paris, France and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Technology Sydney.

Stephens appointment follows on from the decision of Ms Christina (‘Christy’) Boyce to resign as a director of Cryosite effective 8[th] December 2015 due to other work commitments. The Board wishes to thank Christy for her contribution to Cryosite since her appointment as a director in June 2013.

Following these changes, the Board of Cryosite will be comprised of Andrew Kroger (Chairman) Stephen Roberts (Independent Non-executive director) and Graeme Moore (Executive director).
