Retirement of Managing Director - Gordon Milliken

Cryosite Limited (ASX:CTE). The Board of Cryosite announces the retirement of Managing Director Gordon Milliken on the 9[th] April 2014.

Gordon was a founding director of CTE and was appointed its Managing Director prior to its listing on the ASX in May 2002.

Gordon has seen the growth of CTE from an novel concept, to a listed Company, that as at 30 June 2013 employees 35 people, had sales of $9m, net profit of $1.2 and a positive cashflow of $1.3m. A Company that is paying a regular dividends, has no debt and a strong balance sheet.

Gordon is leaving behind a well-managed growing Company for the current Board and Management to build upon. The directors wish to thank Gordon for his effort in building such a successful company.

Graeme Moore (Executive Director) will take on the role as Acting CEO from the commencement of Gordon’s retirement.
