Subject: Appointment of a Director – Christina (‘Christy’) Boyce

Cryosite is pleased to announce that Ms Christina (‘Christy’) Boyce has been appointed a nonexecutive director of Cryosite.

Christy has over 20 years management and consulting experience. She is currently a director of Port Jackson Partners, a consulting firm providing strategic advice to Boards, CEOs and senior managers. She was a senior executive at NBN Co during its establishment. Prior to this, she worked at McKinsey & Co for 14 years, where she was a Principal. Christy has worked extensively with companies on both growth strategy development and business restructuring across a range of industries including retail, telecommunications and consumer goods, both in Australia and overseas.

Christina holds a Master of Management (with Distinction), Kellogg Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Economics, University of Sydney.
