Subject: Resignation and Appointment of Director

Cryosite Limited ( Company ) whishes to advise that as a result of the poll vote taken today at the Company’s Annual General Meeting, Mr T Onisforou, who had resigned in accordance with the requirements of the ASX Listing Rules and the Company's constitution and had offered himself for re-election as a director of the Company, was not re-elected at that meeting.

At a Directors Meeting following the Annual General meeting, Mr T Onisforou was reappointed a director of the Company to fill a casual vacancy.
