Subject: Appointment and Resignation of Directors

Mr Andrew Kroger has been appointed as a non-executive director and Chairman of Cryosite.

Mr Kroger has had a career in law, stockbroking, gold mining and finance and been a director of various public companies. He is currently a director of Strategic Pooled Development Limited, a listed investment fund . Mr Kroger has held a long term interest in Cryosite being one of the original investors when Cryosite was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

The Company also advises that on the appointment of Mr Kroger, Mr Onisforou has elected to resign as a director of Cryosite.

The directors and management of Cryosite wish to thank Theo for his contributions to the Company. Theo stands down from the Cryosite Board today leaving a company he has nurtured from its early days in 2000, to its emergence as a mature organisation that is a market leader in its core business activities.

Theo joined the Cryosite Board in March 2000, and has held the position of Chairman from May 2001 until December 2002 and from March 2008 until present.

Over the past decade the company has benefited from Theo’s extensive commercial experience. During this time Theo has overseen all of the company’s significant milestones including the commissioning and relocation to our new high tech facilities in 2009, a move that has proven to have been pivotal in underpinning Cryosite's current and future success.

Theo’s enthusiasm, perseverance and strategic guidance have been fundamental to Cryosite’s achieving its current success, and he leaves the company well positioned to take advantage of a strong financial position and unparalleled position in the both the Clinical Trials Logistics and Cord Blood Stem Cell markets.

The Board and Management are grateful for Theo’s significant contribution over the past decade. He leaves the company well positioned to take advantage of both the growth in research and biotechnology activity in Australia, and the increased outsourcing of non-core logistics by organisations involved in research and clinical trials in Australia and New Zealand.
